### Tampnet has delivered its high-performance digital connectivity to Beacon Offshore Energy's Shenandoah development in the Gulf of America - a deepwater project located in the Walker Ridge area, designed for future-ready operations. 

(Houston, 3 November 2025)

Shenandoah is a new greenfield development which will serve as a regional hub. Tampnet's digital infrastructure will allow real-time monitoring, remote collaboration and data-driven decision-making throughout the asset lifecycle. 

To support Shenandoah and other nearby developments, Tampnet has expanded its subsea fibre and 4G/5G network in the region - further strengthening its position as the Gulf's leading offshore communications provider. 

Integrated private and public networks for mission-critical services   
The solution combines Tampnet's private 5G technology with its public 4G network and integrated with FirstNet and AT&T for emergency response and high-priority communications. Satellite backup provides further redundancy, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. 

Mike Clake, Beacon's Vice President of Deepwater Developments, said: "At Shenandoah, we've built a future-ready platform. Tampnet's network allows real-time monitoring and decision-making, improving efficiency and reducing offshore exposure." 

Elie Hanna, CEO of Tampnet, added: "Shenandoah represents the digital deepwater platform of the future. Tampnet's infrastructure enables Beacon to scale new digital tools and realize operational benefits from day one." 

Tampnet's US Gulf network now connects more than 20 offshore assets, spanning over 1,700 kilometres of subsea fibre, and serves as the region's critical communications backbone.
