Predictor is an Intelligent IIoT Edge computing solutions for Abnormal Condition Detection on Process Safety Valves. The predictor is wireless, battery operated and can be used for up till fifteen years. The device is designed to capture, and time stamp the PSV tag that has popped, as well as the potential subsequent failure to re-seat of the PSV, causing internal leakages.

The predictor can also be used in other application such as, Heat Tracing monitoring, Low vibration monitoring, humidity in cabinets, Emergency shut down valves monitoring, Temperature measurements, In-line testing of Valves.
