Autonomous vehicles are deployed for aerial, surface or subsea data collection. Without connectivity, these vehicles collect data which is then reviewed or processed once the deployment scope is completed. Project costs were traditionally high due to vessel and crew mobilisation and additional time required for data processing, and potential redeployment where additional data may be required.
Our customer wanted to reduce the cost of subsea survey scopes and improve the turnaround time for data analysis and reporting.
